Dear Friends,

We are now on our way home from a different but fantastic week in Sweden. We left a week ago on Sunday and on our way to Sweden we received the news from home that our cockatiel, Twitter flew out the window. We immediately started to blast different local Facebook groups with pictures and descriptions if someone might happen to see him. The same evening I received a phone call from a man who had seen a cockatiel 10 miles from our house. As I was traveling I asked if he could catch the bird and bring it home and he did so. The bird was delivered to our home and my wife contacted me and told me it is the wrong parrot. What are the odds for something like this to happen? Our Twitter is still missing.

Traveling throughout Sweden with Twitter on my mind I have had mixed feelings. On one hand I have been sad but on the other hand I remember the scripture where it says that God is taking care of the sparrows so then He is taking care of Twitter as well. We did one stop outside Stockholm and visited Lili-Ann and Kari Karppinen who we had not met for a long time. The plan was to just stop by and say hi but we ended up being there for hours and before we left we prayed together. They anointed me and Sebastian with oil and prayed over us. We really needed it.

Our first event was in Viksjö at Mat & Nostalgi, a wonderful place. They had a cruise in with grill buffet and it was a wonderful night in many ways. Since it was not a "christian event” I had some cover songs prepared to get the people started and as usual when people are listening I bring up the most important news we can share with someone, the news about the hope that we have in Jesus Christ. Not too many people were offended as if they like the music they also listen to the words being spoken.

I stay within the words Jesus told me soon 13 years ago when He gave me my calling but I am not watering down the Gospel to something that fits all. The truth is that the ONLY way to heaven and eternal life is through Jesus Christ. There are no other ways and they are no other heavens. It is simple, there is a heaven and there is a hell. Our goal is to get so many people into the Kingdom of God (heaven) so that less people have to spend eternity in hell without God, our creator. It might sound hard but it is the truth and all it takes is that you surrender everything to Jesus and believe in Him with your heart. Nobody is perfect and nobody will ever be perfect here on earth. We are also all different so we need to remember this. It is sad that too many christians look down at other people thinking they are better but that is not the truth. We are all in the same boat and all loved by God. All we need to do is to believe! This is the message we share!

After Viksjö we spent one day in the city of Sundsvall before we drove up to Kramfors and the High Coast Motor Week 2019. Saturday we parked Rock Force One at the event at the airport and delivered one set of music with the message about Jesus Christ between the songs. As it was a motor event there were distractions but people listened. It was a cold day and later it started to rain. The cruising event down town was ok even if it was raining. Late at night I entered the stage at a pub that had been turned into a huge beer tent for the event. There I did one set of music and shared my life about what Jesus have done in my life. It is clear that without Jesus I would no longer be alive and I would be lost forever. People received this message very well and I was happy with the evening.

Yesterday was the last day of the High Coast Motor Week and we returned to the airport and did two sets of music and message. People listened as the weather was better and there were not as many distractions as the day before. We got invitations to other places for next summer and it was a good ending of this missions trip.

THE NEW ALBUM

While we have been away co-producer and hit maker Janne Hyöty have been working on the new ”Rock Force One” album. Last week my old drummer friend Joona Ekroos played the drums and that was a huge step forward. I will be working on the bass and guitars when I get back home and after that it is time to do all the vocals and put on some keyboards and harmonies. I have to say that I am very excited about this album. It is honest rock and roll with a clear message and also about life experiences. The plan is to have the album out October 1st and it is way more rock than any previous album. This will be the fifth solo album since I started to follow Jesus and that is an accomplishment. The Holy Spirit is helping me with the songwriting, that is obvious as I never wrote songs like this before.

SPECIAL CONCERTS

September 20th and 21st we are doing two special concerts. I will be performing with my cousin Ann-Katrine Burman who is a dear cousin. She has been an artist for 40 years and I am what I am. She is well known in Finland and this is the first time we do something together. Friday, September 20th we are going to be in Närpes and Saturday, September 21st we are in the church of Kvevlax. These concerts are to help raise funds for our upcoming USA tour that starts earlier than we first thought. Right now it looks like we are leaving already October 8th and will be in the USA to early December. It will be a long trip but a necessary trip. Doors are open to so many places where the people need to hear that Jesus is able. If Jesus could do what He did in my life, He can do it in other peoples lives and our main focus is to reach out to those who have problems in life and problems with addictions.

It will be a happening rest of the year and I am excited about what God is going to do. Meanwhile I pray that Twitter would come home as our other cockatiel Donald loves Twitter.

We wish you a blessed rest of the summer!
God Bless You All!
